Position Description
Basic Information:

Job Title: Head HR Growth Projects

Grade: M4

Salary:  INR 20 Lakhs to 45 Lakhs per annum

Reports To: Director Growth Projects, FACOR

Division/Department: HR Growth Projects

Location: Bhadrak, OdishaKey

Accountabilities

 Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with Growth Project requirements for the short,medium and long-term.

 Identifying and building human capital critical to the Project execution. Ensuring right leadership is in placeto execute the Growth Project

 Developing and driving a high-performance ecosystem by institutionalizing the required process and cultureparameters and ensuring Project and individual performance are at optimum levels.

 As a Project-leadership team-member, infuse the people-perspective in the way the Growth Project isplanned and executed, ensuring to uphold the Vedanta values and EVP

 Supporting the execution of IR and ER policies for the Growth Projects and ensuring all processes arestatutorily compliant.

 Supporting business partners in managing the site execution activities and with handling stakeholders,internal and external grievances, ensuring compliance and labor related matters.

 Ensuring implementation of various employee’s engagement initiatives and labor welfare measures at Projectsites.

 Providing support to the project activities by handling administration activities including general officemanagement, infrastructure management, event management, guest houses, travel services etc across projectlocations.

 Ensure adherence to all Legal, Vedanta Safety Framework and Audit requirements.

Qualification and Knowledge

 Graduate/post-graduate with 12-15 years of relevant experience, collaborative approach & excellentcommunication skills. Candidates with prior experience of working in a green field/ brown field projects will be preferred.

Academic Criteria:

 60% throughout in 10th, 12th & Graduation and Post-graduation

 Maximum 1 year of gap between either XII & Graduation or between Graduation & Post-graduation, noother gap in regular course of studies is allowed.

 Prior work experience in a manufacturing setup is mandatory.KRAs and KPIs
